EDITORIAL

Resumen

ConSciencia Sanitaria Journal was born in 2022 with the purpose of consolidating itself as a reference space  for scientiic research and to disseminate recent technical information about drugs, medical devices and  other products regulated by the DNM. In the last two years, our journal has become a space that encourages  critical thinking, analysis and research, based on a scientiic foundation, with the main objective of transferring to the reader new knowledge, concepts and technical ideas, and contribute to the acumen of scientiic knowledge necessary to promote a knowledge culture of the science world. Since its inception, the Directorate has prioritized to guarantee the quality, safety and eicacy of medicines, medical devices, chemicals, cosmetic and hygienic products available to the population. In our institutional project of modernization as a regulatory body, not only is generating a space of scientiic content; we have also been developing a complete transformation, to continue guaranteeing these priorities under the Sanitary Regulation Superintendence. But this is not all, in the ConSciencia Sanitaria Journal we also wanted to continue innovating, and in this new  issue the articles include the Spanish and English version. We must become a reservoir of quality scientiic  data and with the perspective of becoming better and better. In this new path, the SRS will always ensure  the quality, eicacy, safety, availability, innocuity, accessibility and rational use of medicines for human and animal use, as well as cosmetics, food and beverages and agricultural inputs, which will allow us to  strengthen the culture and mystique that identify the DNM, in other areas, but equally important. Our priority is the health of all!
